Our Process

  • Conceptualization

All customers All customers have their order directly handled by an expert member of our customer service staff. Where necessary and requested, we meet with our clients to discuss all options including design, colors, quantities and pricing.

  • Art & Digitizing

Once the artwork is finalized, we send and confer with the best digitizers in the industry who understand the complexity and detail of all working components of your design. Design files and sequences are then sent to our customers for approval.

  • Cresting

Once all details of the order are approved, the file is downloaded into our multi-head embroidery machines through our technology based LEM server. Our state of the art Barudan machines and “Hoop Master” hooping system insure the best quality and most accurate embroidered logo for your products.

  • Finishing

Once the cresting process is complete, garments are taken to the finishing areas where they will be trimmed, steamed and checked for accuracy and quality. Upon the customer’s request, items are bagged, tagged, and ready for shipment.

  • Shipping

One last check in the shipping department and the goods are shipped to the customer. Customers may ship using the courier of their choice. We are happy to accommodate any special shipping needs our customers may have.
